EDDIE

Meet Eddie. When Cassidy contacted me about having her senior pictures done she asked if her boyfriend could have some done as well. I said of course and am oh so glad I did! Within the first ten minutes of our session I found out that Eddie is a fellow lab owner (a studly silver lab named Berkley!) and liked him right away. Turns out he's also kind, funny, and has a pretty good eye for photo locations.. it was his idea to head over to the BSB just as the sun was setting! Our only regret from this session? That his Big XII championship ring didn't come in in time for pictures. If you watched a BU football game in the past two years, I'm sure you're familiar with #5. This guy, always making plays. Eddie I'm so glad you ended up at Baylor and I can't wait to see what's next for you post grad!

CASSIDY

This is my friend Cassidy. Isn't she stunning?! Same high school, home church, same college, same degree, sorority sisters--Cassidy's and my life are more intertwined than most! I always enjoy getting to spend time with her because I hardly ever have to give background or set the stage for any story or memory! Cassidy is graduating from Baylor here in a few weeks and I'm so excited for her next adventure!

MAGNOLIA HOMES

PORTRAITS, BUSINESSMegan Whitehurst1 Comment

In honor of the show's airing last night, it is my pleasure to introduce you to the hilarious, good-looking and incredibly talented staff of Magnolia Homes! With the premiere of their show swiftly approaching, I met this crew out at Chip and Joanna's house, the oh so lovely Magnolia Farms, to grab a few head shots of everyone for their new website. (which looks so nice and clean, am i right?! s/o to the ultimate jack of all trades Mike Riess). We finished pictures fairly quickly and to my surprise Joanna invited me to stay for dinner afterwards. Strangely enough I didn't feel the least bit like a stranger at their table, this group is a family and a most welcoming one at that! I left Magnolia Farms with sore abs, a full tummy, a happy heart, a refreshed spirit and a 6 month old puppy. Ok so the puppy came a few weeks later, but thats another story for another time!

Be sure and check out Fixer Upper Thursdays at 10 pm CST on HGTV!
